The SAP FI Business Analyst will deliver, in the most efficient way, harmonized , integrated and reliable Finance solutions to support our processes to improve the overall business performance.
In this role you:
Solution construction:
- Validate technical requirement with the Internal Business Solution Architect/Developer and support development team during the software implementation
- Implement and test solution customization
- Execute end to end functional /regression/performance tests
- Produce user documentation and training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption
Functional Design:
- Listen attentively and understand the business requirements
- Collect and review the detailed business specifications identifying the most adequate solution that will increase business partner satisfaction.
- Validate detailed functional requirements with internal customers and solution team to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations
Solution maintenance and support:
- Perform the application functional support (customer/production) when requests are received from second level support
- Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve performance
- Proactivity to avoid future potential problems
- Take ownership of the issues
Strong collaboration and work with project team:
- Very active participation in decision-making in any subject related to the treasury area with project team on daily basis.
- Review and validation of any Functional Design, Tool Kit, Test Script, or User Guide provided by Project team.
- Testing and validation of any configuration or enhancement implementation carried out by Project Team in SAP
Deliverables we expect:
- Support development Team (smooth transition between functional and technical matter)
- Conduct all necessary configuration activities to customize the HCF FIN solution as per customer requirements
- Documenting business requirements
- Analyze the gaps between business requirements and software
- Create functional requirements as a contribution to application design
- Collaborating in systems building, testing and implementation activities
- Deliver end users training and documentation
- Support and enhance integration with accounting modules
- Ability to provide trainings in a clear and understandable way in any of the areas supported.
- Ability to find a solution to problems quickly if necessary
- Collaborate and communication with other streams to solve any issue
- Clearly communicate the status to different stakeholders
The ideal candidate
- 2/3 years’ experience in a multinational company leading finance implementation project within close to report solutions departments. Experience IT Consultancy firms, leading multi-site activities and managing implementation of SAP ERP solutions projects will be a plus.
- Advanced financial knowledge in accounting and reporting areas both from technical and functional point of view
- Strong soft skills to coordinate and cooperate with different departments in a proactive way
- People developer using its experience to improve processes and enhance system dependencies between teams
- Project Management: be able to coordinate SAP implementation complex projects as well as area daily basis activities
- Consultancy Competences:
- SAP BPC advance knowledge for Consolidation and awareness of Planning processes to secure data integration
- S/4 HANA FI and SAP R3 FI experience: SAP ERP finance modules implementation (AP,AR,GL,AA)
- BW will be a plus
- Practical knowledge of another SAP ERP modules will be a plus, such as MM, SD and COPA
- Basic system and relational database logic knowledge
- Practical knowledge with Fiori applications related to Finance processes
