We are looking for a Data-Driven Specialist & Contract Specialist to join our team and provide support to Operations & Data Management division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a passion for data, a positive attitude, and exceptional team-building skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and managing contracts with detailed technical specifications. This role requires a balance of analytical prowess, collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our organization’s data-driven initiatives align with contractual obligations and technical requirements.

• Project’s length: 12 months, extendable

Main responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into precise contract terms with technical specifications.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
3. Leverage data analytics to inform contract strategies, risk assessments, and decision-making processes.
4. Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5. Act as a liaison between technical teams and legal/compliance departments to bridge gaps and streamline communication.
6. Develop and maintain contract templates, documentation, and version control processes.
7. Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices and technical language interpretation.
8. Continuously monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance contract effectiveness and relevance.

Background & Skills:

1. Graduate in Business, Law, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in contract writing, especially with technical specifications (e.g., software, engineering, or data-related projects).
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
5. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
6. Proficiency in contract management software and data analysis tools.
7. Fluent in English.
