About the Role
As a CRM IT Business Partner , you will play a strategic role in supporting DOMO’s commercial growth from the IT side. You will ensure that technology solutions, particularly Salesforce and other digital commercial tools , align with business objectives to maximize their impact on growth and efficiency.
Reporting to the IT Business Partners Manager , you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, acting as the key link between IT and the commercial area. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate offshore IT delivery teams responsible for Salesforce and other digital platforms.
