Position Overview : Pavigym is seeking an experienced and proactive Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our agile and professional finance team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy while thriving in an international, innovative, and fast-paced environment. What will your mission be?

• Drive the improvement and digital transformation of financial reporting structures.
• Provide strategic financial support to the CEO.
• Oversee KPI tracking and support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage negotiations and relationships with financial partners.
• Lead FX control and options analysis.
• Ensure compliance through internal and external audits.
• Supervise sales and operations controlling functions.
• Oversee legal contract supervision in collaboration with external legal advisors.

What does this challenge need from you?

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting, with significant experience in financial controlling. MBA is a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in international environments.
• Background in digital financial transformation, M&A, or complex financial transactions is advantageous.
