Job summary

MTS Globe is seeking a Yield Executive for mainland Spain city destinations with focus on Malaga. You will optimize contracted hotel sales, create campaigns, and analyze pricing and availability to maximize revenue.

You will also benchmark offers and renegotiate terms to stay competitive in various European markets. The role requires experience in yield or pricing, plus strong Excel and IT system skills to load offers and review reservations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar yield/pricing role.
• Strong proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with destination markets in mainland Spain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact hotels to prepare campaigns for clients and offers.
• Load promotions and offers into the reservation system.
• Monitor and analyze occupancy, availability, and pricing at the destination.
• Benchmark prices and availability against competition and optimize accordingly.
• Negotiate terms, stop sales, inventory, and rate improvements with hotel partners.

We are looking for a Yield Executive for our city destinations in mainland Spain to join our team in Malaga. As a Yield Executive you will be responsible to optimize the sales of our contracted hotels to ensure that our clients can be competitive in their source market. You will also analyse and perform benchmarking of prices, availability, offers and other contract conditions that allow us to maximize sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting hotels to prepare special campaigns for our clients, Last minute offers, Flashsales and our own campaigns.
• Loading of offers in our reservation system.
• Control sales and review of reservations that are correctly loaded in our system.
• Manage and analyse occupancy and availability at destination.
• Benchmarking, analysing our prices and availability with the competition and its subsequent optimization.
• Renegotiate the stop sales, inventory, offers, release and the terms initially agreed upon with the hotel.
• Control and manage that our customers (domestic and from different European markets) receive our products with their consequent rate improvements and renegotiated terms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of Mainland Spain Cities as a destination.
• Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our inhouse operation system.
