Job summary

MTS Globe Spain is looking for a hands-on Groups Agent to join our Cataluña team. You’ll own proposals end-to-end, shape our product, and deliver standout client experiences.

You will respond quickly to leads, source suppliers, negotiate best deals, and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profitability. Fluency in English is required; German or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within tourism, DMC, or MICE.
• Strong commercial instinct and product mindset—you know how to sell and what sells.
• Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented—you get things done.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Team oriented mind.
• Degree in Tourism, Business, or similar.
• Willingness to travel.
• Driving license required.
