MTS Globe Spain in Ibiza is seeking a Booking Agent to join our incoming agency and reinforce the team. You will be responsible for booking management, stop sales, allotment control, and ensuring a high quality of service.

Daily follow-up of bookings and monitoring of average price and occupancy are required, with coordination to TTOO and hoteliers. A 2-year experience in a similar role and strong English are required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• High level of English; other languages will be a plus.
• Tourism studies or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

• Booking management in destination (Ibiza).

• Manage stop sales and allotment control.
