Job summary

MTS Globe Spain is seeking a Yield Executive for our mainland Spain destinations with a focus on Malaga. You will optimize contracted hotels' sales, analyse pricing, and benchmark offers to maximize revenue for European clients.

Responsibilities include loading offers, monitoring reservations, and renegotiating terms with hotels, while ensuring rate improvements for domestic and European customers. The role requires familiarity with IT systems and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of Mainland Spain Cities as a destination.
• Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our inhouse operation system.

Responsibilities

• Contacting hotels to prepare special campaigns for our clients, Last minute offers, Flashsales and our own campaigns.
• Loading of offers in our reservation system.
• Control sales and review of reservations that are correctly loaded in our system.
• Manage and analyse occupancy and availability at destination.
• Benchmarking, analysing our prices and availability with the competition and its subsequent optimization.
• Renegotiate the stop sales, inventory, offers, release and the terms initially agreed upon with the hotel.
• Control and manage that our customers (domestic and from different European markets) receive our products with their consequent rate improvements and renegotiated terms.
