Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona. You will monitor turbine performance, perform remote diagnostics, and support commissioning and service activities to keep assets operating reliably.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts, analyze data for faults and trends, and contribute to process improvement while maintaining safe, compliant operations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in wind energy.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations.
Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools.
Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
