FH Collective Academy in Madrid is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales for the UK and USA markets. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, including product demos, free-trial management and deals.

This is a target-driven, hybrid role with a €30,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions. Onboarding requires four weeks on-site in Madrid, then a hybrid schedule with occasional US hours and travel as needed.

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Native or bilingual English with a US accent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription.
• Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert them into paying customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Work with qualified leads assigned through the CRM.
• Make outbound calls and consistently work towards sales KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure a smooth customer handover.
