FH Collective Academy in Madrid, Spain, is hiring an Account Executive for the UK and USA markets. You will own the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing—with product demos, free-trial management and ongoing customer handover.

Requirements include 1–6 years of commercial sales, native/bilingual English with a US accent, and residing in Spain. The role starts with 4 weeks on-site in Madrid, then hybrid work.

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Native or bilingual English with a clear US accent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription.
• Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Work with qualified leads in the CRM.
• Make outbound calls and pursue sales KPIs.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience for smooth handovers.
