FH Collective Academy is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in the UK and USA markets from Madrid with a hybrid work model. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including managing trials and conversions.

A base salary of €30,000 with uncapped commissions is offered, plus clear career progression. Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in commercial sales, fluent English, and the ability to work US hours when needed.

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Native or bilingual English with a US accent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription.
• Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert them into paying customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Work with qualified leads assigned through the CRM.
• Make outbound calls and meet sales KPIs.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience for smooth handover.
