FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive focusing on the UK and USA markets. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact through product demos, trial management and closing, in a target-driven environment.

This hybrid role starts with four weeks on-site in Madrid for onboarding, then hybrid with occasional US hours. Base salary €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with a structured monthly multiplier and potential accelerator.

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience (EA/Inside/Sales roles).
• Native or bilingual English with US accent.
• Strong closing mindset and outbound sales skills.
• Willing to work US business hours when required.
• Must reside in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full sales cycle from prospect to signed subscription.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos.
• Guide free trial and convert to paying customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience for handover.
