FH Collective - Academy in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Account Executive to focus on the UK and USA markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing, including product demos and post-trial management.

The role requires 1–6 years of commercial sales, native English with a US accent, and a willingness to work with US business hours. Hybrid model with onboarding on-site in Madrid.

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Native or bilingual English with a US accent.
• Strong closing mindset and outbound selling experience.
• Based in Spain and willing to work hybrid in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription.
• Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and sales KPIs.
• Maintain CRM and collaborate with Customer Experience for handover.
