SIXT is hiring for a remote customer service role in Spain. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or video and support the rental and pickup process while ensuring smooth reservations and accurate customer data.

Join an international team, promote service improvements, and leverage AI tools as you grow. The role offers a permanent contract, remote work from anywhere in Spain, and a salary of €19,200 gross yearly plus a monthly target bonus and allowances.

Formación

• Customer-oriented with ability to anticipate needs.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with questions related to vehicle rental and pickup process, and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
