Formación

• Spanish at C2 level with English at C1 level as required for communications.

Responsabilidades

• As a customer support advisor for a travel company, understand and identify customer needs.
• You will listen, respond and mediate between international travellers and accommodations suppliers, ensuring high-quality service.
• Clarify inquiries about service, payment and technical requirements, providing accurate information via email and phone.
