Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann is partnering with an international customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Advisors fluent in Spanish, English, and Basque for a project with a leading European low-cost airline in Barcelona. You will assist passengers with bookings, provide travel information, and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email.

The role requires communicative, empathetic professionals with a strong customer service mindset and a keen interest in travel and aviation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and Basque with written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
• Minimum secondary school education.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to learn new systems.
• Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona.
• Rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish, Basque, and English via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist passengers with bookings and airline services.
• Provide information and guidance on travel procedures and administrative matters.
• Offer basic technical assistance related to the airline's digital services.
• Record interactions in internal systems and escalate when needed.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, customer-focused service.
