Qualifications

• Fluency in Basque and Spanish, and good English proficiency.
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer support, hospitality, travel services.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office and Windows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Available for on-site work in Barcelona on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel support in Basque, Spanish and English.
• Assist passengers with flight bookings, modifications and inquiries.
• Guide customers through travel procedures, policies, and administrative requirements.
• Troubleshoot digital self-service platforms and apps.
• Log interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
