Lindt Iberia seeks a Customer Marketing Specialist to translate the brand strategy into impactful Trade Marketing plans for Modern Trade and On-Trade channels. You will drive product visibility, shopper engagement, and activation across key accounts.

Responsibilities include creating POS materials, supporting launches, and coordinating in-store campaigns with Sales and Field teams. Travel may be required; strong Excel and SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience is a must.
• At least 3 years in Trade Marketing or Sales roles.
• Knowledge of marketing, trade and sales principles.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel is required.
• English level at least B2+.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop POS materials and activation plans to drive product visibility.
• Lead trade marketing execution for launches and campaigns in major accounts.
• Analyze display margins and optimize POS costs.
• Monitor categories and competitor activity; track promotional efforts.
• Coordinate in-store tastings with customers and agencies.
• Support Sales & Field teams on various projects and campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are correctly implemented at POS with Field team and Area Managers.
• Coordinate internal projects across Sales/ Marketing/ Purchasing/ Demand & Logistics.
