Lindt & Sprüngli Portrait in Barcelona is recruiting a Travel Retail Commercial & Activation Manager - Europe for Spain, Italy, Portugal and the UK. The role leads in-store activations and permanent/promotional POS execution, aligning with Sales and Marketing to grow share in Travel Retail across Europe.

English and Spanish are required; German is a plus. The role reports to the Europe Sales team and collaborates with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and store managers to optimize visibility

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or trade marketing within consumer goods.
• English and Spanish are required; German is a plus.
• Previous experience in Travel Retail or similar channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Travel Retail growth for Europe in Spain, Italy, Portugal and the UK.
• Coordinate in-store activations, POS executions and Brand Ambassadors.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales teams.
• Adapt guidelines to local shop formats and manage budgets.
• Brief agencies, manage contractors, and track promo materials.
• Monitor shelf layouts, availability, and performance by KPI.
• Build relationships with local shop managers and partners.
