Job summary

Lindt Iberia is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to translate brand marketing strategy into impactful Trade Marketing plans, boosting visibility and shopper engagement across Modern Trade and On-Trade channels.

The role involves creating POS materials, activating launches, and supporting the Sales & Field teams. It requires FMCG experience, 3+ years in Trade Marketing/Sales, strong MS Office skills, and English proficiency (B2+). Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is required.
• At least 3 years in Trade Marketing/Sales or related roles.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel.
• Desirable SAP experience and English at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Create POS materials and activation plans for major customers and campaigns.
• Support Sales & Field teams with campaigns and tools to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate in-store tastings with customers and agencies.
• Ensure product strategies align with marketing actions at the POS.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Demand and Logistics on projects.
