Job summary

Lindt Iberia is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager to translate brand strategy into impactful Trade Marketing plans across Modern Trade and On-Trade channels. You will drive visibility, shopper engagement, and POS activation with major customers.

Key duties include POS materials creation, new launches activation, display margin analysis, in-store tastings coordination, and sales force support.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG is a must.
• At least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing/Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills desirable.
• Desirable SAP experience and English level B2+.

Responsibilities

• Create suitable POS materials and activation plans for major customers.
• Execute trade marketing for new launches and campaigns in major customers.
• Analyze display margins and optimize POS costs.
• Track promotions and activities across categories and competitors.
• Coordinate in-store tastings with customers and agencies.
• Support Sales & Field teams on various projects.
• Ensure campaign implementations at POS with Field team and Area Managers.
• Provide support on customer projects and internal coordination (Sales/ Marketing/ Purchasing/ Demand).
• Maintain daily contact with Marketing to align product strategies with POS actions.

The purpose of the role is to translate the brand marketing strategy into impactful Trade Marketing plans, driving brand visibility and shopper engagement across Modern Trade and On-Trade channels.As a part of your main accountabilities will be:Point Of Sales Materials & Activation Plans:Creation of suitable and excellent POS materials and activities that ensures product sell-in store activation.Be Responsible for Trade Marketing execution of new launches products and events / campaigns in major customers.Analysis of display margin and optimization of POS costs.Analyze our categories and competitor’s and track promotional activities.Coordinate in-store tastings activities with customers and agencies in major customers. Sales Force SupportSupport Sales & Field team in different projects to meet customer requirements.Coordinate and ensure the correct implementation of the campaigns at the POS with the Field team and Area Managers by communicating all the different customers / calendars and ensure they have the tools to execute them.Give strong support in specific customers projects to our sales force and field team.Other Accountabilities:Daily contact with Marketing team to keep product strategies aligned with the actions at the POS.Support in the preparation of Categories Strategic Plans.Key person in terms of internal projects coordination (Sales/ Mkt/Purchasing/Demand / Logistics departments).Experience & tools:Experience in FMCG company is a must.At least 3 years experienced in Trade Marketing/Sales departments.Knowledge of marketing, trade, and sales principles.Proficient in MS Office (advanced excel is a must).Desirable experience with SAP.English level at least level B2+.Able to travel in different moments of the year.Skills:Project management & cross-functional collaboration skills.Very well organized.Orientation to details.Results-driven.Excellent communication and relationship skills.
