Lindt & Sprüngli (Espana) SA is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to translate brand marketing strategy into impactful Trade Marketing plans, driving visibility and shopper engagement across Modern Trade and On-Trade channels.

You will create POS materials, activate campaigns, analyze promotions, and support sales teams with cross-functional projects, while coordinating in-store activities and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in FMCG company is a must.
• At least 3 years experienced in Trade Marketing/Sales departments.
• Knowledge of marketing, trade, and sales principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced excel is a must).
• Desirable experience with SAP.
• English level at least level B2+.
• Able to travel in different moments of the year.

Responsabilidades

• Create POS materials and activation plans for store activation.
• Execute trade marketing for launches and campaigns in major customers.
• Analyze display margin and optimize POS costs.
• Track promotions and monitor competition and categories.
• Coordinate in-store tastings with customers and agencies.
• Support Sales & Field teams on projects and campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are properly implemented at POS with field teams.
