Infront Financial Technology GmbH is seeking its first Total Rewards and People Analytics lead in Madrid to design pay structures and a benchmarking strategy from scratch. You’ll shape the total rewards philosophy, set standards, and influence leadership with data-driven decisions.

The role offers the chance to build a function in a growing fintech, with regional responsibility across Europe and a path to significantly impact people strategy.

Formación

• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, People Analytics or HR Analytics.
• Comfortable working with HR KPIs and people data.
• Experience with compensation processes and benchmarking.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design pay structures, benchmarking strategy and total rewards philosophy from scratch.
• Develop dashboards and reports around key HR and workforce KPIs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders.
