Infront is seeking a pioneer for Total Rewards and People Analytics to build pay structures, benchmarking and rewards philosophy from the ground up. You will shape compensation standards with leadership visibility and influence across Europe.

This role offers a blank canvas to design and implement future-ready total rewards, with emphasis on analytics, dashboards and data-driven decision making in an international environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or related HR analytics.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and rewards processes.
• Strong HR data analytics and KPI tracking capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to compensation framework design and benchmarking.
• Develop dashboards and reports for HR KPIs across Europe.
• Translate people data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support analytics for annual compensation reviews and incentives.
