ADAMA Ltd. in Madrid seeks a Regional Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape Total Rewards across the EAME region. You will drive frameworks, salary structures, and incentive plans while coordinating with HRBPs to deliver competitive packages in a multi-country context.

You will ensure adherence to local laws, lead benchmarking activities, and work with global C&B teams on EU Pay Transparency. Strong analytics and cross-cultural collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Significant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, SIP frameworks and multi-country compliance.
• Proven ability to work across cultures and geographies.
• Strong analytical abilities and data storytelling with Excel.
• Able to navigate matrix organizations and influence leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional Total Rewards frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Design regional salary structures, ranges and incentive plans.
• Lead market benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Partner with HRBPs to build competitive packages.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with global C&B team and implement EU Pay Transparency.
• Support Sales Incentive Plans design and implementation.
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Manage regional workforce planning and headcount.
• Align C&B decisions with business objectives.
