Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist EMEA to join the Human Resources team in Spain.

You will support compensation and benefits processes across EMEA, performing data analysis, market research, job evaluation and vendor coordination. The role requires at least 2 years of international compensation and benefits experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of international compensation and benefits experience.
• Developing professional knowledge of compensation concepts and practices.
• Ability to apply company policies to resolve compensation issues.
• Excellent Excel skills and data review capability.

Responsabilidades

• Support market analyses and job evaluation activities for new roles and reclassifications.
• Participate in salary, benefits and salary increase surveys with stakeholders.
• Support compensation analyses and modeling using standard methodologies.
• Maintain regional salary market data in Excel and databases.
• Assist with benchmarking and education materials for compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate vendor activity with market data providers and insurers.
• Prepare recurring compensation and benefits metrics for management.
