Jobtailor in Madrid seeks a Senior Total Rewards professional to drive global compensation initiatives, focusing on sales incentives, MBOs, and SPIFFs. You will partner with business leaders to keep our programs competitive and equitable.

You will lead job evaluation, benchmarking, and the ongoing Job Framework updates while delivering comprehensive Total Rewards reports and cost analyses. English proficiency is required; Spanish preferred.

Formación

• 4–6 years of Total Rewards experience in a global, matrixed, rapid-growth org.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's or certification in Compensation & Benefits is a plus.
• Highly quantitative, data-driven, and discreet handling of sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate, manage, and optimize global variable compensation, especially for sales teams.
• Lead job evaluation, description processes, and updates to the Job Framework.
• Run benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to keep roles competitive.
• Design Total Rewards reports, dashboards, and conduct cost analyses.
• Update salary ranges with market analyses and support annual salary surveys.
• Support compensation audits and adapt to legislative changes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on job leveling, benchmarks, audits, and adjustments.
• Champion Total Rewards initiatives to elevate the employee value proposition.
