Senior Analyst, Compensation & Total Rewards is sought to shape compensation strategies, support job architecture, and deliver market insights in a global organization.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to influence decisions impacting thousands of employees across international environments, conducting market pricing, benchmarking, and reporting to drive data-driven rewards programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benchmarking methodologies, and job evaluation approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compensation analyses and recommendations for salary reviews, promotions, transfers, and job evaluations.
• Support development and maintenance of job architecture frameworks, evaluating role scope and career levels.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies to assess external competitiveness.
