Red Hat Iberian Professional Services seeks a Territory Services Manager to drive services (Learning, Consulting, TAM) sales for Spanish and Portuguese markets. You will develop services business, manage sales cycles, and identify opportunities with existing customers, coordinating with sales management for forecasts and region plans.

You will engage in strategy sessions, coordinate discovery, and work with presales to present proposals, negotiating SoWs and terms as needed.

Competenze

• Experience selling services: Learning, Consulting and Technical Account Management.
• Executive-facing role experience in professional services or related sales.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Established network of customer relationships.

Mansioni

• Manage incoming sales inquiries and respond with tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with partners to maximize project value and delivery.
• Lead discovery sessions with presales architects and consultants as needed.
• Negotiate rates, costs, terms and SoWs with Regional Services Manager.
• Provide booking forecasts and revenue implications for the region.
• Ensure delivery teams validate engagement scope with local delivery manager.
• Participate in account strategy sessions and sales planning.
• Aim to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
