Job summary

PCB Connect seeks a service-oriented Inside Salesperson for the Spanish and Portuguese market. The role is remote on a consultancy basis and involves supporting the local sales team, handling RFQ to order, and managing customer contacts.

You will work with orders, quotes, CRM/ERP updates, and ensure accurate documentation, with emphasis on order administration and proactive customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/order administration/inside sales.
• PCB/electronic industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Order management—receiving, registering and following up on customer orders.
• Customer support—professional service via phone and email.
• Sales support—generating quotes and supporting salespeople.
• Administration—update CRM and ERP, maintain accurate data and documentation.
