Job summary

Red Hat Iberian Professional Services seeks a Territory Services Manager to drive services sales for Spain and Portugal, developing strategic opportunities and coordinating with sales and delivery teams to grow the services business.

The role involves forecasting, account planning, and coordinating with partners to maximize project value, while negotiating SoWs and ensuring alignment with delivery managers. Strong English and Spanish communication are required.

Qualifications

• Thorough experience selling strategies and developing proposals, contracts, close plans, and SoWs for professional services.
• Experience in a customer-facing executive-level role as a professional services consultant or related sales.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling and influencing skills.
• Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, application development, and infrastructure.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Established sustainable network of customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate services team responses, and create proposals for customers
• Work closely with the partners to maximize project value
• Conduct and coordinate discovery sessions, working with presales architects and consultants in some situations
• Negotiate rates, project costs, terms, and statements of work (SoWs) in collaboration with the Regional Services Manager
• Provide booking forecasts and revenue implications
• Ensure that appropriate delivery associates are involved in validating the scope of engagements with your local services delivery manager
• Participate in account strategy sessions
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
