Approach People Recruitment's client, a global technology company, seeks a talented sales professional to lead business development in Spain and Portugal. You will combine technical knowledge with commercial negotiation, implement local sales strategies, and drive new opportunities.

You will analyse customer needs, train customers on products, monitor sales progress, and manage budgets and forecasts using CRM, POS, and MSR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally electronics/electrotechnics/electricity sector.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Propose and implement local sales strategies aligned with group strategy.
• Continuously analyze customer needs and define actions to optimise turnover.
• Lead and provide technical training to customers; monitor sales results and project progress.
• Deploy and monitor short/medium-term initiatives to increase sales (promotions, field actions, trade shows).
• Establish budgets, forecasts (OS expect, QRF, etc.), and real-time reporting using CRM as central platform.
