PCB Connect Group is looking for a service-oriented Inside Salesperson to support the Spanish and Portuguese market. This remote consultant role collaborates with the local sales team and handles order administration, quotes and customer support from RFQ to order.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or inside sales, with strong Spanish and English communication, and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Based in Spain or Portugal, remote work is available.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, order administration, or inside sales.
• PCB or electronics industry experience is a plus.
• You are communicative, meticulous and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Order management from RFQ to delivery and follow-up.
• Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
• Generate quotes and support sales personnel.
• Update CRM and ERP with accurate customer data.
