d.light India is seeking a Territory Business Executive to drive retail sales across the PAYGO channel in the assigned area. The role focuses on channel partner recruitment, onboarding of third-party sales agents, and ensuring channel productivity and profitability through strategic field initiatives.

The candidate will manage SEP onboarding, oversee stock levels at ECs, and implement RTM plans to meet sales targets. Residence in the coverage area is advantageous.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy and related territory development and product sales.
• Field sales knowledge is essential for success in the role.
• Knowledge of the coverage area is important for effective execution.
• Residence in or near the coverage area is advantageous for rapid response and oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for driving PAYGO channel retail sales across the territory.
• Recruitment, engagement and training of third-party sales agents.
• Drive sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective RTM implementation to hit sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels at ECs to prevent stockouts.
• Lead field initiatives to boost sales and build capacity in the coverage area.
