d.light India is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive retail sales across the PAYGO channel, recruit and train channel partners, onboard SEP partners, and monitor performance in the assigned territory. You will implement route-to-market plans, ensure stock availability at ECs, run field initiatives to boost sales, and develop capacity in the immediate coverage area to achieve targets.

Residence in the coverage area is an advantage for rapid on-site execution and closer customer

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy & any industry that focuses on territory development & product sales.
• Field Sales knowledge is very key.
• Knowledge of coverage area is important.
• Residence in area of coverage is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive retail sales across the channel.
• Channel Partner recruitment, engagement and training of third-party sales agents.
• Drive sales of recommended SKUs within assigned territory.
• Implement and monitor RTM plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor stock positions at ECs to prevent stockouts.
• Execute field initiatives to boost sales.
• Implement strategic plans to build capacity in immediate coverage environment.
