d.light India is seeking a Territory Business Executive to drive retail sales across the PAYGO channel in the assigned territory. You will recruit and train channel partners and third-party sales agents, monitor stock, and ensure effective RTM implementation to hit sales targets.

Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy or territory development is required. Field sales know-how and knowledge of the local coverage area are essential; residence in the coverage area is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• The Territory Business Executive (TBE) drives retail sales across the PAYGO channel and recruits and engages channel partners and third‑party sales agents.
• Ensures effective implementation of route to market (RTM) and monitors stock positions to prevent stockouts.
• Implements field initiatives to boost sales and builds capacity in the immediate coverage environment.
• SEP onboarding, management and monitoring; drives sales of recommended SKUs within the territory.
