d.light India is seeking a Territory Business Executive to drive PAYGO channel sales across the assigned territory in Cataluña/Lérida. You will recruit and train channel partners, manage field agents, and lead initiatives to boost sales and secure stock availability.

The role emphasizes territory development, route-to-market execution, and close collaboration with retailers to meet growth targets. Fluency in the local market and residence in the coverage area are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy or any industry that focuses on territory development & product sales.
• Field sales knowledge is very key.
• Knowledge of coverage area is important.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
• SEP Onboarding, management & monitoring.
• Driving sales of recommended SKUs within assigned territory.
• Ensuring effective implementation of the route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
• Constant monitoring of stock positions at ECs to prevent stock out.
• Active implementation of field initiatives to boost sales.
• Implementation of strategic plans to build capacity in immediate coverage environment.
