d.light India is seeking a Territory Business Executive to drive retail sales across the PAYGO channel in Catalonia. You will recruit and train channel partners and third-party sales agents while focusing on channel productivity and profitability.

You will onboard SEP, manage and monitor activities, drive SKU sales in the territory, implement RTM to hit targets, and ensure stock availability at ECs. This role demands hands-on field execution and capacity building in the immediate coverage area.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy or any industry that focuses on territory development & product sales.
• Field sales knowledge is very key.
• Knowledge of coverage area is important.
• Residence in area of coverage is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive retail sales across the channel.
• Recruit and train channel partners and third-party sales agents.
• Manage PAYGO channel and SEP onboarding.
• Drive sales of recommended SKUs within the territory.
• Implement RTM to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor stock positions at ECs to prevent stockouts.
• Implement field initiatives to boost sales.
• Build capacity in the immediate coverage environment.
