d.light India is seeking a Territory Business Executive to drive PAYGO retail sales and recruit/train channel partners across the assigned territory in Spain, Cataluña. You will manage SEP onboarding, monitor field performance, and implement the route-to-market to meet targets.

This role requires strong field sales experience in territory development and knowledge of the local coverage area. Residence in the coverage area is advantageous for timely execution.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy or any territory development role.
• Field Sales knowledge is very key.
• Knowledge of coverage area is important.
• Residence in area of coverage is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for PAYGO Channel and driving retail sales across the channel.
• SEP Onboarding, management & monitoring.
• Driving sales of recommended SKUs within assigned territory.
• Ensuring effective implementation of route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
• Constant monitoring of stock positions at ECs to prevent stock outs.
• Active implementation of field initiatives to boost sales.
• Implementation of strategic plans to build capacity in immediate coverage environment.
