Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona (Hybrid) is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative (Swedish-speaking) to handle inbound post-sales requests, respond to inquiries, and drive cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong communication and IT product knowledge in a customer-centric service environment. The position offers a full-time contract (39 hours/week) with a base salary of 20,000 euros gross per year plus up to 2,000 euros gross per year in

Qualifications

• Proficient in Swedish and fluent in English.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling).
• Customer driven with motivation to work in sales.
• Target oriented.
• IT knowledge and technical understanding.
• Interest & curiosity in IT products and applications.
• Listen to customers effectively.
• Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requests.
• Provide fast and effective replies to inbound queries.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues with customers and internal units.
• Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling / up-selling.
• Maintain knowledge of Store portfolio and post-sales processes.
• Manage post-sales tasks (cancellations, claims, orders, refunds) with CRM tools.
