Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (German speaking) for a hybrid role.

This 39-hour/week, full-time position offers a permanent contract, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with a base salary of €20,000 gross per year plus up to €4,000 gross per year in bonus. You will qualify data via outbound calls, handle inbound leads, support the Lead Assign Tool and CRM (HPD), and help manage the sales funnel with EU

Responsibilities

• Qualify data via outbound calling activity, profiling a predefined list of prospects and enriching the sales lead pipeline
• Qualify inbound leads from sources such as phone, form submissions, and live chat, and pass qualified leads to EU Account Managers
• Provide administrative support for the Lead Assign Tool by assigning leads and ensuring up-to-date results in the CRM (HPD)
• Support funnel management by collaborating with EUAMs and PBMs to ensure MV and LV statuses are updated in HPD
• Maintain IB accounts by managing the database and creating detailed asset records
