Job summary

Concentrix is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative (Swedish-speaking) for onsite work in Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on inbound calls, account management for gold customers, and outbound development to grow business.

You will log all customer interactions in the CRM and contribute to sales activity insights. The ideal candidate has Swedish proficiency, advanced English, and at least 1 year in sales, plus strong negotiation and communication skills to reach targets.

Qualifications

• Swedish proficiency at a proficient/bilingual level with advanced English.
• At least 1 year of related sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and strong verbal/written communication, including presentation and telephone skills.
• Ability to work toward goals with negotiation, teamwork, motivation and prioritization.
• Demonstrate innovation and good judgment in decision making.
• Ability to define an action plan to achieve goals using appropriate methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development and gold account management.
• Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business in addition to support tasks.
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system in use.
• Provide feedback on sales activity and skills for the Specialist.
• Identify right contacts at customers and track/report sales pipeline.
