Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our hybrid team. You will handle inbound requests, drive cross-sell initiatives, and ensure high-quality customer care across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques including up-/cross-selling and handling objections.
• Interest in IT products and applications with good technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) for post‑sales requests.
• Respond quickly and effectively to queries; provide proactive service.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues with customers and internal units.
• Create quotes and follow up on cross-/up-selling opportunities; maintain product knowledge.
• Manage post‑sales tasks: cancellations, claims, orders and refunds with CRM systems.
