Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (Swedish-speaking) to join our onsite team. You will manage inbound calls from commercial customers, perform outbound calls to develop new business, log contacts in CRM, and track sales activity.

Requirements include fluent Swedish and advanced English, at least one year of sales experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work toward goals and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluent or proficient Swedish with advanced English.
• At least 1 year of related sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development.
• Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business.
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
• Provide feedback on sales activity.
• Identify right contacts at customers.
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
