Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business for Google Cloud offerings. You will prospect, qualify needs, and guide customers through the cloud journey, focusing on Nordic markets and cross-EMEA growth.

You will operate in a hybrid Barcelona environment, meeting quotas, managing accounts, and leveraging Salesforce for CRM activities. Strong English and Swedish language skills are essential.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or significant equivalent practical experience (20 months).
• Experience in IT outbound sales prospecting and cold calling.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a phone-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets.
• Manage assigned accounts and educate them on Cloud offerings.
• Execute daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers.
• Understand pain points and align business needs with Cloud solutions.
• Document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce.
• Work toward team and individual KPIs.
