Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Business Development Representative to connect businesses with Google Cloud solutions across EMEA. You will identify sales opportunities, profile prospects, determine needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns.

Based in Barcelona in a full-time hybrid role, you will lead outbound calls to C-levels, manage Salesforce data for leads and opportunities, and collaborate with the Nordic market team to expand cloud adoption while hitting quarterly

Formación

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and activity targets.
• Educate prospects on Cloud offerings and identify needs.
• Outbound calls to C-level decision-makers; build rapport.
• Document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Understand GDPR and data privacy in outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and activity targets.
• Identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings.
• Outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers; establish rapport and assess needs.
• Understand pain points, gather requirements, align with Cloud solutions.
• Maintain data in Salesforce for leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities.
• Work toward team and individual KPIs and pipeline.
• Document notes and deal details in Salesforce for clarity.
• Nordic market outreach alignment and regulatory awareness.
• Proven experience in IT outbound sales prospecting and CRM management.
