Teleperformance seeks a Business Development Representative to drive Google Cloud product sales across EMEA. You will identify opportunities, profile prospects, and run outbound campaigns to educate decision-makers on cloud solutions.

Role requires language skills (Norwegian C2, English C1), a BA/BS or equivalent, and experience with cloud concepts and CRM tools. This full-time hybrid position is based in Barcelona with potential for substantial bonuses.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or significant equivalent practical experience (20 months).
• Ability to connect business challenges with technical cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in IT outbound sales and cold calling.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets.
• Identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings.
• Execute daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision-makers and assess needs.
• Gather requirements and align business needs with Cloud solutions.
• Maintain data in Salesforce for leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
• Work towards team and individual KPIs and document deal details clearly.
