Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (Swedish-speaking) on site to handle inbound calls, develop business and manage key customer relationships. You will log contacts in CRM and contribute to a growing sales pipeline.

The role offers a full-time 39-hour week, a base salary of €20,900 with up to €5,000 in annual bonus and private medical insurance, with training and career development opportunities in a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient or bilingual Swedish with advanced English.
• At least one year of related sales experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong ability to identify right contacts and manage sales pipeline.

Aufgaben

• Handle qualified inbound calls for commercial business development.
• Manage account relationships with gold customers and partners.
• Make outbound calls to develop and acquire new business.
• Log customer contacts in the CRM system.
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
• Provide feedback on sales activity.
