Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Sales Team Leader (French-speaking) for our Barcelona onsite team.

You will lead a bilingual French/English sales team, drive targets, forecast opportunities, and remove blockers to support revenue growth. The role offers a full-time 39-hour week, a base salary of 27,000 EUR gross per year plus up to 4,000 EUR gross per year in bonus, and generous benefits such as medical insurance and a restaurant card.

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English.
Associate's degree in related field with four to six years of experience (with at least one year of Progressive Management Experience) preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to lead, mentor and coach a team.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly with high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
Monitor and drive team call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories.
Maintain communication with Sales Director and client to foster strong relationships.
